In origin a tower house built in the 14th century, the farmhouse (8+1 sleeping accommodations) is situated in Castelfranco di Sopra, in the province of Arezzo, at the border between the Casentino and Chianti regions. Ideal accommodation for nature lovers, the farmhouse is located near the famous "Balze", Leonardo`s source of inspiration for the background of some of his masterpieces. The farmhouse stands in an area rich in castles, Romanesque churches and wineries; Florence, Arezzo and Siena are easily reached by car. Just a few kilometers from the farmhouse is an outlet village: a real paradise for shopaholics.

The large three-storey building is provided with all comforts (working fireplace, independent heating, fans, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, wood-burning cooker, four-burner gas cooker, electric juicer, toaster, American-style coffee maker, various sizes of moka coffee maker, 2 cot beds, high chair and car park) is immersed in an olive grove. In the garden furnished with tables, chairs and gazebos are the barbecue equipment and the panoramic swimming pool (8x4 m; depth: 1.20 m). The pool side is furnished with sun loungers, deck chairs and sunshades.

The farmhouse (1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom + single sofa bed and 2 bathrooms) covers a total surface of 200 m² and composes of a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room with fireplace, large living room with fireplace, 2 double-bedded rooms (one features also a single sofa bed), 1 room with double bed and a single bed, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower. The farmhouse features also a panoramic portico and a wide balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside.
