The windows of the villa open onto the gentle Chianti Classico hills covered with vineyards and olive groves. Its geographical position makes the villa an excellent departure point for visiting many Tuscan cities of art, including Siena, Florence, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Colle Val d`Elsa, Volterra and the whole Chianti region. A riding stable is a few kilometers from the villa.

Equipped with all comforts (working fireplace, Internet connection, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, private car parking place and cot beds), the elegant vacation villa is surrounded by a wide park and a wonderful Italian garden. The private swimming pool (16x8 m; depth: 1.50 m) that lies just a few meters from the building is exclusively reserved to guests. A romantic pergola is furnished for guests to relax watching the sun go down over the magnificent Tuscan hills. In the garden there are also the barbecue equipment and a table for having meals al fresco.
