Built in 1874, the villa (8+3 sleeping accommodations) stands near Montespertoli, in Florentine Chianti, half way from Florence to Siena, The villa offers a magnificent view on the surrounding countryside; San Miniato and San Gimignano are to be seen in the distance. Guests can do wonderful hikes and bike rides in the Tuscan countryside along the numerous paths that wind around the estate.

Recently renovated and furnished with care and good taste, the ancient master`s house is surrounded by a fully fenced garden furnished for eating al fresco. Here are also the swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers, and the barbecue equipment.

The complex is provided with satellite TV, cot bed, dishwasher, electric oven, washing machine, iron and car park. Breakfast and meals are supplied upon request.

The complex (4 double bedrooms + double sofa bed and single armchair bed and 3 bathrooms) composes of the villa and a small annex.

The villa is a two-storey building with terracotta-tiled floors and beamed ceilings divided into two kitchens, large hall, dining room with fireplace, two living rooms of different size, a third living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. In one of the bedrooms is a single armchair bed. The kitchen on the ground floor opens onto the garden and the veranda, which is furnished with armchairs and football-table.

The annex is a bedsit with kitchenette, double bed and 1 bathroom with shower.
