Situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in Montaione, in the province of Florence, the villa (sleeping 12 and equipped with working fireplace, satellite TV, air conditioning, Internet connection and private car parking place) stands in panoramic position atop a hill in an 84-hectare estate. The building is surrounded by a 3000-square-meter wooded park and by pinewoodes, woods, olive groves, vineyards and cultivated fields. The private swimming pool (5.30x12.70 m; depth: 1.20 m) that lies in the park exclusively reserved to guests is provided with a large equipped solarium area. The barbecue equipment and a table for having meals in the open air are at guests` disposal.

Guests can relax doing walks and bike and horseback rides in the Florentine countryside. A riding stable, a golf club, some tennis courts and Gambassi Terme and its thermal baths are within 10 kilometers from the villa. Important Tuscan cities of art, including Vinci, Certaldo, Empoli, Pisa and Florence, are within easy car distance.

The villa (5 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 5 bathrooms) composes of equipped kitchen, two dining/living rooms, five double bedrooms (three with ensuite bathroom), one room with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, and a fourth bathroom with bathtub. Two cot beds are available upon request. All the rooms are on the first floor.
