Thanks to its geographical position, it is an excellent accommodation for those who would like to visit Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Vinci, Volterra and other renowned and less-renowned Tuscan tourist destinations. Alternatively, guests can have pleasant horseback or bike rides and long walks in the Tuscan countryside. Sporty guests and wellness lovers can play tennis or golf (a tennis club and a golf club are within 10 kilometers from the villa), or visit the thermal baths in Gambassi Terme.
The elegant three-story building stands at the center of a 13-hectare estate and commands the surrounding cultivated fields, olive groves and vineyards. The private heated swimming pool (18x4 m; depth: 0.50-1.90 m) in the garden dotted with olive and cypress trees is exclusively reserved to guests. The pool side is furnished with a gazebo and some sun loungers. Two gazebos and two barbecues are at guests` disposal for having meals al fresco.
The villa has been recently renovated with an eye to preserving its original structure and is provided with all comforts (table-football table, water toys, Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, billiard table, whirlpool bathtub, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher and private car parking place).

The villa (4 double bedrooms, 5 twin bedrooms, 2 supplementary single beds and 10 bathrooms) composes of well-equipped kitchen, dining room, TV room, billiard room, four double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, two rooms with two single beds that cannot be united and ensuite bathroom, three rooms with two single beds that can be united to form a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom, and a tenth bathroom. Two supplementary single beds are available upon request (additional charges apply). Nine bathrooms have a shower and one has a whirlpool bathroom.
