Tuscany Vacation Villas

The villa (sleeping from 2 to 22 people) stands on the top of a hill near Montespertoli, only 20 kilometres from the centre of Florence. It is divided into five apartments provided with all comforts (computer with Internet connection, satellite tv, telephone). Each apartment has a small private garden. In the park there are a swimming pool (6x12) and a barbecue. The area around the swimming pool is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. Mountain bike rental service. Tennis courts, manège and fishing facilities in proximity of the villa. Apart from Florence, many important Tuscan cities of art and culture are within easy reach.

The villa is divided into five apartments:

Apartment 1 (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) sleeps up to 6 people. It is on the first floor and is composed of kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds, and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Apartment 2 (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) sleeps up to 4 people. It is on the second floor of the villa and is composed of 2 bedrooms with twin beds, kitchen and bathroom with shower.

Apartment 3 (1 bedroom + double sofa bed and 1 bathroom) is the smallest apartment of the whole villa and sleeps up to 4 people. It is composed of a kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with shower.

Apartment 4 (1 bedroom + double sofa bed and 1 bathroom) is on the second floor and sleeps up to 4 people. It is composed of a living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Apartment 5 (3 bedrooms + double sofa bed and 3 bathrooms) is on the ground floor and sleeps up to 8 people. It is composed of kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds and 3 bathrooms with showers. The apartment is accessible to people with disabilities.
