The villa (sleeping 9) is located just five kilometers from Florence historic center, in Bagno a Ripoli, on the hills that surround the capital of Tuscany. The Chianti region, Mugello, Valdisieve as well as Prato, Pistoia and Siena are easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips.

Equipped with all comforts (working fireplace, air conditioning, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet connection, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer and private car parking place), the villa is surrounded by a private 1000-square-meter garden furnished with sun loungers. The paved terrace is furnished with a sunshade, table and chairs for having meals al fresco; here is also the barbecue equipment. Some bicycles are at guests` disposal.
