Tuscany Vacation Villas

The villa (12 sleeping accommodations) is situated in the Gavinana district, on the southern outskirts of Florence, not far from Piazzale Michelangelo, the famous terrace dominating the capital city of Tuscany. The historical centre, with its monuments and shops, is easily reached by bus. Close to the villa is the Parco dell`Albereta, a wide green area stretching along the Arno river. Every morning a street market takes place in front of the villa.

The villa is surrounded by a well-tended garden covering a surface of about 300 m². About 100 metres from the building is an uncovered car park closed with electric gate for one car.

The villa (1 triple bedroom, 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 3 bathrooms) is divided into two independent apartments.

The ground-floor apartment (6 sleeping accommodations - 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom) covers a surface of 110 m² and composes of fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub. The kitchen and two bedrooms are provided with air conditioning , Internet connection. The apartment features a terrace and a garden.

The first-floor apartment (6 sleeping accommodations - 1 triple bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms) covers a surface of 90 m² and composes of fully equipped kitchen, 1 double-bedded room, 1 bedroom with a double and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a three-quarter bed (width 120 cm, length 190 cm) and 2 bathrooms. The double and single bedrooms are provided with air conditioning. All the room of the apartment, with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms, are parqueted. The apartment has a balcony.
