Location

The villa stands on the hills of Florentine Chianti at an elevation of about 260 meters near Montespertoli.

Montespertoli, a small town south-west of Florence, features a Museum of Sacred Art that houses some interesting works of art coming from the churches scattered in the area, and the Centro per la Cultura del Vino "I Lecci", for visitors to discover the secrets of the famous Chianti wine.


Description

Renovated maintaining the original architectural structure, in origin the small villa was a barn located in a small country hamlet.
The private garden overlooking the surrounding gentle hills covered with vineyards and olive groves is furnished for having meals al fresco in the utmost privacy. The swimming pool (11x6 m; depth: 1.20-1.60 m) a few dozen meters from the house and equipped with an external shower is to be shared with the guests of the other apartments of the hamlet.

Many Tuscan cities of art, including Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano and Colle Val d'Elsa, are within easy driving distance.

The small villa is a two-story building composed of dining area with kitchen corner and direct access to the garden, living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower.


Facilities and Services

The villa is equipped with external shower, fireplace/barbecue, oven, freezer and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.
