The villa is near the Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi and is an excellent solution for trekking lovers. A riding stable and a tennis club are near the property.
Florence historic center and Lake Bilancino are within short driving distance.

The building is the guesthouse of a 20th-century manor house. The villa is completely independent and has a separate entrance from the manor house.

The garden that surrounds the villa is furnished for having meals al fresco.
The whirlpool tub sitting four in the garden is exclusively reserved to guests.
The barbecue equipment is at guests' disposal in the garden.
