Location

The villa is set in scenery location on the hills west of Florence, at the border between the Chianti region and Val d'Elsa, near Montespertoli.

A stay at the villa offers the opportunity to discover many less-known artistic treasures scattered in the towns of the region and to taste the Chianti wine, the extra-virgin olive oil and the truffle specialties produced in the area.


Description

In the wide garden that surrounds the elegant farmhouse furnished in the traditional Tuscan rustic style lies the fully-fenced private swimming pool (11x6 m; depth: 1.20-1.80 m). The poolside is equipped with table, chairs, parasols and sun loungers.
The covered terrace in front of the kitchen is furnished for alfresco dining.

Thanks to its strategical position at the center of Tuscany, the villa is an excellent departure point for one-day jaunts to Siena, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, the Chianti Classico region, Colle Val d'Elsa and San Gimignano. Many other Tuscan tourist destinations are within easy driving distance.


Accommodation

The villa is a two-story building consisting of kitchen, dining room, two living rooms (one with fireplace), large room with table-tennis table, pool table and piano, a double bedroom, four twin bedrooms, three bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with whirlpool bathtub.

The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The villa is equipped with barbecue, fireplace, ceiling fans, pool table, table-tennis table, piano, DVD player, stereo system, oven, freezer, toaster, American-style coffee maker, whirlpool bathtub, high chairs and private car parking place.
A domestic help is available upon request.

Some food shops, a restaurant, a petrol station and a post office are 1.5 kilometers from the villa.
Other shops and services of any kind are 3 kilometers from the property.
