The villa (sleeping 8+2) stands 350 meters above sea level on the hills between Prato and Florence, in Calenzano, and affords a magnificent view of the valley below.
Prato, with the Emperor`s Castle, the famous Centre for Contemporary Art "Luigi Pecci" and the Textile Museum, is within easy driving distance from the villa. Florence, the valley of Mugello and Lake Bilancino are easily reached as well, for pleasant one-day trips.
Many festivals dedicated to the typical dishes of the Tuscan and Mugello cuisine are held during the year in the various villages and towns in the neighborhood of the villa.
The private swimming pool (14x7 m; depth: 1.50 m) lies in the fully fenced garden, where are also the barbecue equipment, a table for guests to have their meals in the open air, a slide and a swing.
The two-story building (2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 supplementary single beds and 4 bathrooms) composes of kitchen with fireplace, living room with two single sofa beds, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower) and a bathroom.
Two supplementary single beds are available upon request.
