Location
The villa stands at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level on the mountains of Valdisieve, near San Godenzo (Florence).
In the territory of the small Tuscan municipality are the picturesque Acquacheta falls, which Dante mentioned in his "Divine Comedy". Of particular interest are also the Benedictine abbey of San Godenzo in Alpe, the church of San Martino in Castagno d'Andrea and the church of San Babila in San Bavello. A feast of Spanish and boiled chestnut is held in Castagno d'Andrea on the last Sunday of October.
Description
The two buildings that constitute the complex are surrounded by a fully fenced garden where are a whirlpool swimming pool (3x3 m; depth: 0.90 m), sun loungers, a table and some chairs.
Guests can have their meals in the open air under the large veranda furnished with table, chairs and the barbecue equipment.
In proximity to the villa stretches the National Park of Casentino Forests, rich in trekking routes. Water-sports lovers can visit the beaches of Lake Bilancino. The picturesque Mugello villages and the production area of Chianti Rufina wine are within easy driving distance. Art lovers can reach Florence historic center by train.

The small villa is a two-story building composed of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The annexed cottage consists of living room with dining area and kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds that can be united to form a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

The complex comes with barbecue equipment, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, American-style coffee maker, toaster, ironing equipment, hairdryer and private car parking place.
