Situated near Donnini, a small village in Valdisieve, on the hills east of Florence, the villa (8 sleeping accommodations) is surrounded by a wide 4000-square-metre garden. Here is the private swimming pool (12 x 5.5 x 1.20 m), which is fully fenced in order to prevent small children from entering the pool area without the supervision of an adult. Outside the villa, a terrace covered with a pergola is equipped with barbecue and a wood-burning oven; a second terrace near the swimming pool features a hammock. Both areas are furnished for having meals al fresco in the utmost privacy. Florence is just a 30-minute drive from the villa. Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano, Cortona, Montalcino, Pienza and the whole Florentine Chianti area are equally easily reached by car for pleasant one-day trips. The three-storey building (4 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) composes of kitchen provided with double cooker, electric and microwave ovens, kettle, American-style coffee maker, fridge, freezer, toaster, dishwasher and corn-flake dispenser; living room with fireplace, TV set, CD player and DVD player; dining room; gym; laundry room; 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (one of the bathrooms is provided with Finnish sauna and a whirlpool bathtub); a bathroom with shower. Two cot beds are supplied upon request.
