Situated in panoramic position on a hill in proximity to Montaione, in Empoli countryside, until the 1970s the villa was a school. The building immersed in the woods, vineyards and olive groves of the Tuscan countryside has been completely renovated and divided into two adjoining apartments with independent entrance. The villa is at the center of Tuscany, in equidistant position between Florence, Siena and Pisa. The windows of the villa and the garden offer a breathtaking view over Volterra and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Around the building stretches a fully fenced garden furnished for having meals al fresco in which are the barbecue equipment, a wood-burning oven, a gazebo and the private swimming pool (9.50x5.50 m; depth: 0,60-1.20 m), with a smaller pool for children, which is open from mid-April to mid-October. In a corner of the garden are a sandbox and some tables and chairs for children. The villa is provided with all comforts (fireplacem, fans, Wi-Fi Internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player, American-style coffee maker, fridge, freezer, electric oven, food processor, blender, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machine, washtub, clothes-horse, iron and ironing board, safe and private car parking place). Some bed cots and high chairs for children and some mountain bikes are at guests` disposal. A cook, a baby sitter, a breakfast service and a maid service are available upon request (additional charges apply). Within 200 meters from the villa are two restaurants and a pizzeria.
