Thanks to its favorable geographical position, the farmhouse is an excellent accommodation for those who want to discover the treasures of Florentine and Sienese Chianti and visit some of the most famous Tuscan cities of art, including Siena, Florence, Colle Val d`Elsa and San Gimignano, which are all within easy car distance.

The estate composes of a villa and a small barn that have been recently renovated. Equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, Internet connection, DVD player, microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed and private car parking place), the farmhouse overlooks the surrounding vineyards, olive groves and cultivated fields.

The private swimming pool (10x5 m; depth: 1-1.60 m) situated in the 1000-square-metre garden that surrounds the building and equipped with sun loungers is exclusively reserved to guests. The barbecue equipment, a table and some chairs are at guests` disposal in the garden.

The owners live nearby and will be glad to help their guests in case of need.
