The estate includes the manor house and two apartments. All of them have an independent patio or veranda for eating in the open air.

The estate is situated in Impruneta, in the Florentine countryside, and is surrounded by green olive groves. A 6x12 m swimming pool and a ping-pong table are in the garden. A billiards table is at guests` disposal as well. The villa is about 12 kilometres from Florence city centre. Thanks to the close A1 motorway and Florence-Siena highway, all most important Tuscan cities of art can be easily reached.

The manor house (5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms) is composed of dining room, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, veranda with billiards table, 5 double bedrooms (4 may be converted into twin-bedded rooms), 5 bathrooms (1 with Jacuzzi, 3 with shower and 1 with bathtub) and a small kitchenette. Possibility of organizing meals in the patio. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the veranda.
