The villa (sleeping 7) is situated in Molin del Piano, near Pontassieve (Florence), in Valdisieve. In origin the building was a monastery built in the 15 century 250 meters above sea level, atop a hill. The garden and the courtyard open onto 30 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and woods. Florence and its monuments are just 15 kilometers from the villa and are easily reached by bus or by train. Pisa, Siena, Arezzo, San Gimignano and many other Tuscan tourist destinations are within short driving distance.

Guests are granted the exclusive use of the private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 0.80-1.40 m) and can have their meals outdoor, in the furnished porch.
