The villa stands 500 meters above sea level near Borgo San Lorenzo, the capital town of Mugello, a green mountain region north of Florence. The villa commands the surrounding forests and meadows, and is an excellent accommodation for various types of tourists: those who love art and culture can visit the Medicean villas of Cafaggiolo and Pratolino (also known as Villa Demidoff) and the castle of Trebbio, or organize one-day trips to Florence, Lucca, Siena, Pisa and Arezzo; for those who want to dedicate to their favorite sports, a riding stable, a golf club and some tennis courts are in proximity to the villa; last but not least, the most famous fashion brands are waiting for shopping lovers in the nearby outlet village.

In the wide garden that surrounds the villa are a table-tennis table, the private swimming pool (6x12 m; depth: 1.40-2.80 m), the barbecue equipment, a whirlpool bathtub and a gazebo equipped with a table and some benches and chairs.

The complex (6 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms and 7 bathrooms) consists in the villa and an annex.

The two-story villa composes of two kitchens, TV room, two living rooms, relax area with sauna, laundry room, six double bedrooms (five with ensuite bathroom), a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
Four supplementar single beds are available upon request.
