The villa is situated in Casale, in the heart of Mugello, and overlooks the chestnut and beech woods in the surrounding valley. The villa was built in the 20th century and has been accurately renovated. A big garden with an arcade surrounds the building. The villa commands a valley rich in trekking tracks for long walks in the green nature. The villa is 10 kilometers from the manège of the Falterona National Park. The centre of Florence (45 km) can be easily reached by car or by train.

The villa (6+1 beds) composes of a wide living room with panoramic view, kitchen with fireplace, three double bedrooms, single sofa bed, two bathrooms, dining room and a study.

In the guesthouse (6 beds), a few metres from the villa, there are a kitchen with dining area, a living room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Each house features a private portion of garden equipped with table and chairs for dining al fresco.

The main villa and the guesthouse can be rented as a single unit or individually. In this case, those who rent the main villa are granted the exclusive use of the gym and swimming pool, whereas those who rent the guesthouse are granted the exclusive use of the whirlpool bathtub sitting four.
