The castle (12+2 beds) is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, about 15 kilometres from Florence. It was built in the 11th century on a hill commanding the surrounding olive groves and vineyards. In the past, many celebrities, such as Gioacchino Rossini, Giosuè Carducci and Enrico Fermi, spent some days in the castle. The swimming pool (6x12) and a changing room with shower are in the Italian garden that surrounds the building. Half of the swimming pool has been made in the lemon-house. The castle is provided with all comforts (tv and hydromassage). Hourly home help, cook, baby-sitter and laundry service on demand. Possibility of purchasing local agricultural products (extra-virgin olive oil, wine and Vin Santo).

The villa (4 double bedrooms + 2 double suites + 2 single sofa beds and 6 bathrooms) spreads out over four floors.
The ground floor composes of kitchen, dining room, two living rooms (one is very large and features two single sofa beds), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom accessible to disabled people (open upon request) and 1 toilet.
The first floor consists in a small living room, 1 double suite with dedicated bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 bedrooms with two single beds and 1 bathroom with hydromassage shower.
The second floor composes of laundry room, reading room, 1 double suite with dedicated bathroom with bathtub, 2 bedrooms with two single beds and 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The third floor consists in a large living room with TV set, billiard and game table.
