Tuscany Vacation Villas

The villa stands on the hills around Florence, in the Chianti region and is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The estate overlooks the Arno valley and the woods of Casentino. The 8x4.50 swimming pool is in the garden, which is furnished with a gazebo, chairs and sunbeds. The villa is divided into three apartments provided with all comforts (tv, dish washer, washing machine and independent heating). Families with babies are welcome. Five-a-side football fields, tennis courts and a manège are only a few kilometres away from the villa. Wine tastings and wine taster courses are organized. Shops and services are in Pontassieve (6.5 km).

The villa is divided into three apartments.

The first apartment (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) sleeps six guests and composes of a wide living room, fully equipped kitchen, two single bedrooms, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The apartment has a furnished terrace.
The second apartment (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom) sleeps four guests and is composed of kitchenette, wide room divided into living area, area used as a double bedroom and area used as a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The third apartment (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) sleeps four guests and is composed of kitchen, living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has a panoramic terrace.
