Description

The private swimming pool (4x11 m; depth: 1.80 m) lies in the wide panoramic garden that surrounds the beautiful building.
The property is a farm that comprises some olive groves and vineyards, as well as some cellars that guests can visit upon request.

Thanks to its position in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, the villa is an excellent departure point for visiting many of the most important tourist destinations in the region, including Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra.

The owners of the villa live nearby and are glad to help their guests in case of need.

The villa is a two-story building furnished in Tuscan rustic style and composed of entrance hall with fireplace, living room with kitchen corner, a second kitchen corner, seven double bedrooms, seven bathrooms with shower and a half bathroom.
A small apartment consisting of entrance, dining area with kitchen corner and double sofa bed, a double bedroom with direct access to the garden and a bathroom with shower is accessed from the outside.

The villa is equipped with fireplace, ceiling fans, telephone, oven, electric cooker, juicer, hair dryer, safe and private car parking space.
A domestic help is available upon request.
A mountain-bike renting service is available upon request.
Guided tours of the cellars, tastings of the produce of the farm and walks in the property are organized upon request.
